Taking part in a variety of exercises can help keep Alzheimer's away. Researchers have found that it's not how hard you work out but how many different things you take part in.
The researchers don't know for sure why this is true but I think that it makes a lot of sense. I've seen a lot of information on how important it is to keep your brain active with lots of different activities and challenges. It seems to follow that a variety of exercises would also challenge you mentally, not just physically.
Making the most of your life is turning out to be better and better advice.
